Terrorist Threat

Isn't that a threat of a terror attack if you don't vote for Bush? How does Cheney know there will be an attack?

Make no mistake, the 9/11 attack benefitted the GOP more than anybody else, by galvanising the US public and international community into letting Cheney and Runsfeld do whatever they wanted. There is plenty of evidence pointing towards a deliberate delay on the part of the military in response to the off-course airliners on the morning of 9/11 and now Cheney is openly threatening the US public with another attack, if they don't vote for his monkey.

If Bush is still in power in December 2004, then we are ALL in a lot of trouble. That's not a threat.
