Skylight Part 2

Believe it or not, the finished job is absolute quality and gives no hints at all that it was started by two drunkards who could barely stand, let alone walk about on a roof or cut a hole in one. Even my neigbours have complimented the quality of the finished job.
Cutting the tiles was a bit dicey (because the roof tiles are all bonded by that foam stuff I had sprayed, making the hole was messy and we had to square it off afterwards by cutting tiles like a jigsaw and cementing them in to make it all neat), I was on angle grinder duty, cutting them up and handing them to Marco who was out on the roof cementing them in.
The problem was, my angle grinder is a beast - like anything I buy with a motor, I'm a sucker for power and my angle grinder is no different, it's huge, heavy and spins at like 2,500 revs which is fine if your cutting through a brick wall or something but if you've got your feet placed on the struts in your loft so you don't go through the ceiling and your trying to cut a tile which is not 'fixed', you can end up with the grinder biting the tile and flicking it up in the air which also has the nasty side effect of making the grinder slip which can be brown pants time. I like my hands and feet where they are (attached) and I was taking no chances with that f*cker. Marco was calling me a girl about how careful I was being while wielding the grinder but I didn't want the next house installment to be typed with one hand only!
So job is officially a goodun as they say, and I am a happy bunny.
